The military history and presence in Omsk is a large. During the Great Patriotic War against fascism, tank factories were relocated to Omsk. The T-80 battle tank is still produces in Omsk. The Military industries caused Omsk to Be a “Closed City “ Meaning no foreigners were allowed entry to the city.
